1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account on ShadiMarkaz, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to register an Individual profile. Marriage bureaus registering on behalf of clients are responsible for verifying the eligibility of the profiles they manage.

3. Account responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information -- impersonation or fraudulent profiles may result in suspension.

4. Membership plans and payments

Paid membership plans unlock additional features for the duration stated at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Bureau subscriptions renew as described on the Plans page.

5. Wedding venue bookings

Event hall bookings made through ShadiMarkaz are subject to the individual venue's availability and cancellation policy shown at the time of booking.

6. Prohibited conduct

You may not use the platform to harass other members, post false or misleading information, or attempt to circumvent our verification and security processes.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, at our discretion, with or without notice.

8. Limitation of liability

ShadiMarkaz facilitates introductions and bookings but does not guarantee a match or verify every claim made by members. Use good judgment and meet in safe, public settings.

9. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
